4 Live Group Sessions (90 min each)

Each week we’ll explore one of the 3 Cs – Connection, Context, and Choice – to help you shift from depletion to energy intelligence. You’ll learn how to access different types of rest, rebalance your nervous system, and create lasting internal change.

Guided Rest Practices

Simple, powerful tools you can integrate into your daily life. These practices will help you regulate in real time, deepen self-trust, and bring rest into your workday – not just your weekends.

Two 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 min)

One at the start, one at the end – these powerful bookend sessions help you personalise your journey, anchor your intentions, and reflect on your growth.

Optional Online Walking Session

Reconnect with your body and nature through a guided walk designed to bring movement, mindfulness, and fresh energy to your inner journey.

Flexible Access + Community Support

All group sessions are recorded. You’ll also be invited to a private WhatsApp group to connect, share, and receive ongoing support in between sessions – on your terms.
